By signing below, I authorize Emerald Verification Services (d/b/a EVS Notary) to obtain Apostille(s), Authentication(s), and/or Legalization(s) on my behalf.
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless EVS Notary, its agents, and employees from any liability, including attorney's fees and litigation expenses that may arise in connection with this Agreement. Further, EVS Notary will not be liable, nor deemed to have defaulted or breached this Agreement, due to delays or failures in performing any of its obligations when such delays or failures arise from circumstances beyond the reasonable control of EVS Notary. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, rejected submissions, shutdowns, pandemics, fires, floods, embargoes, wars, acts of war (whether declared or not), insurrections, riots, strikes, lockouts or "acts of God". In such cases, EVS Notary will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the effects of these circumstances and will resume normal operations as soon as those issues are resolved. EVS Notary will provide prompt notification, whether written (letter, text, email) or verbal (phone call, voicemail) of any delays or failures to perform due to Force Majeure or other causes.
EVS Notary is not responsible for documents lost, misplaced, or improperly routed by any consular, embassy, or government agency in the U.S. at local, state, or federal levels.
Please note that EVS Notary cannot guarantee shipping or delivery times. A 20% discount will be applied to charges for correcting and resubmitting any rejected submission.
Once this form is received and details are confirmed with the requestor, processing will begin within 24 hours of payment receipt. There are no refunds once processing has begun. Additional charges apply for rush requests.
I am advised not to make any purchases, such as plane tickets or other significant commitments, based on the assumption that my Apostille(s) and/or Authentication(s) have been approved or accepted until I have received official confirmation.
